Latino Leadership One-on-One Coaching Program Details:
Individual Coaching Program Objective: Our coaching program equips the selected leader with the necessary tools and understanding to navigate and triumph over the unique challenges in today’s workplace. Specifically, it will help this leader become more confident and empowered, build a greater executive presence, achieve faster career success, and deliver greater business results. We can help you grow in your current organization or help you find and land your next great role. We have consistently done that for our coaching clients.
Description: Individual (1:1) coaching for selected leader. This is individual coaching via 1:1 sessions. Individualized professional development plans are created and implemented.
Program duration: Three months, 6 months, or a year-long engagement as selected by the client.
Sessions per month: Unlimited number of one-on-one coaching sessions for the selected leader, plus unlimited phone, email and text support during the program duration.
Coaching Sessions Delivery Method: Via Zoom, videoconference, or phone platform of client preference
Session duration: 50 minutes
Languages: Coaching can be delivered in English or Spanish.
Outcomes and Results:
The client will leave the coaching sessions with greater clarity of his/her/their power, key goals, and challenges as leaders. Through exploring career opportunities, business challenges, Latino cultural values, various leadership topics, and interactive discussions, the client will gain actionable solutions and strategies to enhance his/her/their leadership abilities, elevate their impact and executive presence, and drive the future success of their career progression and the organization they work for. The client will walk away with a stronger sense of empowerment and knowledge to become more effective. Ultimately, the client will become more successful in their current organization or will be able to do a career transition into another role or organization.
